Facilities, processes, and equipment
At Pfaff Technologies, our state-of-the-art facilities and processes are designed to meet the unique needs of each project. Spanning a 2,000 square foot clean room with a five-stage filtration system, our environment ensures optimal conditions for manufacturing precision. Adjacent to this, a specialized trim room features a 5'x8' downdraft table for high-quality finishing.
Our assembly department covers 1,500 square feet, equipped with a 5'x10' granite inspection plate that guarantees the highest standards of quality control. The flexibility of our workflow design allows us to tailor processes specifically to client projects, enhancing both efficiency and customization.
Innovation in material processing is a cornerstone of our operations, from resin infusion to CNC cutting services specifically for carbon fiber flat plates. Our facility is further enhanced by a Creaform Go Scan Spark 3D scanner and a dedicated 3D print farm utilizing PLA for rapid prototyping. For end-use parts, we utilize nylon-carbon fiber 3D printing, ensuring durable and functional components.
Our technical capabilities are supported by advanced CAD & CAM workstations, a robust prototyping and testing department, and comprehensive vehicle hoists. Additionally, our large automotive resource database provides a wealth of information that supports our development and innovation in automotive composites.
