Pfaff Technologies Introduces Pfaff Defense, a New Division Supporting Defence Collaboration and Manufacturing Partnerships

Pfaff Technologies is pleased to announce the launch of Pfaff Defense, a new division created to support defence, aerospace, and security programs through collaborative manufacturing, engineering support, and long-term partnerships.
Pfaff Defense was established in response to growing interest from defence and aerospace organizations seeking flexible, reliable partners to support development programs, production work, and joint initiatives. The division builds on Pfaff Technologies’ existing experience across advanced composites, additive manufacturing, and precision fabrication, while placing a strong emphasis on collaboration and practical problem solving.

The division will support a range of applications including unmanned systems, structural and non-structural composite components, enclosures for sensitive equipment, and custom parts for defence and aerospace platforms. Pfaff Defense is designed to engage early with customers and partners, providing input on manufacturability, materials, and process considerations while remaining adaptable to evolving program requirements.
In addition to contract manufacturing, Pfaff Defense aims to work alongside system integrators, technology developers, and research organizations as a collaborative partner. The division is open to joint development efforts, pilot programs, and longer-term partnerships where shared expertise and aligned goals can create mutual value.
