His 10 years of hands-on experience have honed his expertise in laminating procedure and resulted in the production of countless high-profile projects. James specializes in the engineering of complex shapes and joining areas as well as structural cores and machined inserts, always with a focus on ensuring that a product fits within the strictest tolerances. His career focus on tooling, pattern blocks, and finished molds have practical applications across all aspects of product execution. His tenure at Multimatic has given him a keen eye in identifying best practices when it comes to the manufacturing process and ensures that every finished part meets and exceeds expectations from design through production.​
