A lifelong innovator with a passion for performance, Chris is also the owner of the renowned Pfaff Motorsports IMSA GT3 program, one of North America’s most successful sports-car racing teams, with victories at the Daytona 24 Hours, Sebring 12 Hours, and the 2022 GT Pro Championship. His experience operating at the highest levels of motorsport, where composite technologies, structural integrity, and precision fabrication are mission-critical, directly shapes Pfaff Technologies’ commitment to excellence.

Prior to founding Pfaff Technologies, Chris built and scaled multiple businesses within the broader Pfaff automotive group ecosystem, developing a reputation for strong management, strategic clarity, brand discipline, and a values-driven leadership approach. Under his direction, Pfaff Technologies has grown into a trusted partner for clients in automotive, aerospace, drone manufacturing, marine, defense, and advanced 3D production.
