Aaron is a seasoned finance leader with over twenty years of experience across multiple industries, and with companies ranging from startup ventures to TSX-listed global operations. As CFO of Pfaff Technologies, he supports the company’s strategic direction, with a focus on sustainable and scalable growth. Aaron’s diverse business background provides a basis for finding unique and pragmatic solutions to support company growth, while ensuring that Pfaff Technologies operates in a best-in-class manner and is a reputable leader in the composite manufacturing space.

Beginning his career in the assurance practice of a Big 4 accounting firm, Aaron was introduced to manufacturing, working with companies of various sizes in aggregates, aerospace components, automotive parts, and household products. Spending time in manufacturing plants, warehouses, and on shop floors across North America, he developed a passion for operational finance and understanding the details and the people driving business success. These principles accompanied him in a transition to industry, first managing financial reporting for a publicly-traded global infrastructure portfolio, and then to a Toronto-based global professional services firm.

Today, at Pfaff Technologies, he leads the company’s financial management, working with internal and external stakeholders to support Pfaff’s expansion into new areas of opportunity and growth, and supporting the entire Pfaff team in building a leading and trusted partner in advanced manufacturing.
